Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of ou2there.com and of the services provided by Ou2there LLC (“Ou2there”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, at 5830 E 2ND ST, STE 7000 #22058, Casper, WY 82609. By using our website or our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Using our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account, to interfere with the operation of the site, to scrape or harvest data from it, or to use it in any way that could damage or overburden it. We may suspend or remove access that breaches these terms.
2. Enquiries and bookings
Our booking page lets you schedule a meeting with us through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Your use of Calendly is also subject to Calendly’s own terms and privacy policy. Booking a meeting is an enquiry, not a contract — it does not oblige either of us to enter into an agreement. We may reschedule or decline a booking. Please give accurate contact details so that we can reach you.
3. Our services
The scope, fees, timelines, and support commitments for any work we do for you are set out in the separate written agreement between us. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement, and nothing on this website is an offer, a quote, or a warranty of any particular result. Where these terms conflict with a signed agreement between us, the signed agreement takes precedence.
4. Text message (SMS) alerts
We send optional text message alerts to members of our support team who are on call, so they can respond to urgent incidents. If you are not a member of our support team, this section does not apply to you.
Programme description. Ou2there LLC sends transactional operational alerts to our own staff and contractors who are flagged as on call, when a support request is raised at urgent priority. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this programme.
Opt-in. Strictly opt-in and self-service. Recipients enter their own mobile number in their account settings. No one enters it for them. There is no keyword, and no way to subscribe by texting in.
Message frequency. Varies with incident volume; typically fewer than 10 messages per month.
Cost. We do not charge for the messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Opt-out. Remove your mobile number in your account settings, or ask to have your on-call flag turned off — either stops messages immediately. You may also reply STOP to any message from our toll-free number +1 877 885 3632. Messages from our alphanumeric sender ID cannot receive replies of any kind; use your account settings or email us instead.
Help. Reply HELP to a message from our toll-free number, or email support@ou2there.com.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and you should not rely on text messages alone for time-critical response.
5. Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: we do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies on this website, and we do not sell your personal information. Our booking page embeds Calendly, which may set its own cookies when you interact with it.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this website — including text, design, graphics, and our name and logo — belongs to Ou2there LLC or our licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws. Work shown in our portfolio may include material belonging to our clients, shown with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any of it without our written permission. You keep ownership of the content you submit to us. You grant us the licence needed to host, process, and display it in order to provide our services to you.
7. Availability
We aim to keep our website and services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of them at any time. Support response times, where they apply, are governed by your separate agreement with us, not by these terms.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ou2there LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Wyoming will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
