Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Ou2there LLC (“Ou2there”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
Who we are

1. What this policy covers
This policy covers our website at ou2there.com, our booking and enquiry process, and the support services we provide to our clients and their teams.
2. Information you give us
Enquiries. If you contact us, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us, so that we can reply. Bookings. Our booking page uses Calendly to schedule meetings. When you book, you provide your name, email address, and any details you add to the invitation. Calendly collects this directly and shares it with us so that we can meet you. Calendly’s own privacy policy governs its handling of that information. Client and project information. In the course of delivering our services, we handle information our clients ask us to work with, under the terms of our agreement with them.
3. Information collected automatically
We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies on this website. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not track you across other sites. Our hosting provider processes limited technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, purely to serve the site and keep it secure. Our booking page embeds Calendly, which may set its own cookies when you interact with it. That is the only third-party cookie on this site.
4. Text message (SMS) alerts
We operate a private support helpdesk for our own staff, contractors, and authorised client contacts. It is not open to the public. As part of it, we run an optional text message alert programme, described here in full. If you hold a helpdesk account, have entered your mobile number, and are flagged as on-call, we send you a text message when a support ticket is raised at urgent priority (P1 or P2). These are transactional operational alerts about incidents you are responsible for responding to. We never send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in. Entirely self-service. You sign in to our helpdesk, open Settings → Profile, and type your own mobile number into the Phone field. The field is optional and blank by default. No one can enter a number on your behalf — administrators cannot add or edit another person’s phone number, by design. There is no keyword and no way to subscribe by texting in.
What we collect. Your mobile phone number, and nothing else for this purpose.
What a message contains. The ticket priority, ticket reference, a short title, who raised it, and a link to the ticket.
Frequency. Varies with incident volume. Typically fewer than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop. Delete your phone number under Settings → Profile at any time, or ask that your on-call flag be turned off. Either stops the messages immediately. You may also reply STOP to any message received from our toll-free number +1 877 885 3632. Messages sent from our alphanumeric sender ID cannot receive replies of any kind — to stop those, remove your number in Settings or email support@ou2there.com.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
5. How we use information
We use the information described above to reply to enquiries, schedule and hold meetings, deliver and support our services, send the operational notifications you have asked for, keep records of the work we have performed, secure our systems, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
6. Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone. We share it only in these situations: Service providers. We use third-party providers to host our website, host our applications, schedule meetings, and deliver email and text messages on our behalf. They act on our instructions, under contract, and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. Our clients. Where we handle information as part of delivering services, we share it with the client that engaged us, as our agreement with them requires. Legal reasons. Where we are required by law, or where we need to protect our rights, safety, or property.
7. How long we keep information
We retain enquiries, booking records, project records, helpdesk accounts, and support records indefinitely, including after a user leaves or an engagement ends, as a record of the work we have performed and the communications we have had. Two exceptions: your mobile phone number is deleted the moment you clear the field under Settings → Profile, and we will delete other information on request where we are able to (see section 9).
8. Security
We protect information with access controls, encrypted connections, and reputable hosting providers. Our helpdesk is available only to people we have issued an account to; there is no public sign-up. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email support@ou2there.com. If you hold a helpdesk account, you can update your own details, including removing your phone number, at any time under Settings → Profile.
10. Links to other websites
Our website links to sites we do not control, and our booking page embeds a third-party scheduling tool. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read their policies.
11. Children
Our services are for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
12. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the “Last updated” date above. Where a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to let affected people know.
